Functional Accountabilities

• Develop and Maintain Features : Take ownership of features aligned with product goals, contributing to a high-quality codebase across the full stack.
• Contribute to Agile Processes : Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to help the team meet goals and continuously improve processes.
• Conduct Code Reviews : Review peers’ code and provide constructive feedback to strengthen code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with peers and stakeholders to understand requirements, refine solutions, and deliver outcomes meeting customer and business needs.
• Ensure Security Standards : Adhere to and promote security practices, ensuring code consistently aligns with Schema App standards.
