Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Facilitate assignments with the insurance carrier and insured.
- Process and manage insurance claims from start to finish.
- Communicate directions with division managers.
- Generates scope of work for the Estimator.
- Reviews estimate accuracies prior to submission.
- Budget files holding traction to Gross Margins.
- On Call Rotation as we are a 24 / 7 Operation.
Competency Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Managing Commercial and Residential Projects.
- Leadership Skills.
- Sales Experience is an Asset.
- Construction Experience is an Asset.
- Ability to work Independently.
- Criminal Background Clearance is a Must.
- Operator’s License for a Motor Vehicle is a Must.
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution is an Asset.
- Maintain a Level of Confidentiality.
- Understand the Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics.
Required Education and Experience
- Experience leading teams, offices, and / or groups within an organization.
- Experience with achieving results and exceeding goals.
Preferred Education and Experience
Secondary Education (not required but an asset).
Physical Requirement
- Physical ability to navigate job sites independently.
- Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer.
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
