Position
We are looking for a creative and motivated Senior Product Manager, User Experience to join our team of experienced professionals dedicated to improving user experiences and making healthcare more accessible for our members.
Job Duties
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer interactions across multiple touchpoints and channels
- Analyzing customer feedback, surveys, and data to identify customer pain points and different ways to improve the customer journey and create a positive experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, engineering, pharmacists, fulfillment and the customer service team, to align customer experience efforts with business goals and objectives
- Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Utilize user feedback, analytics, and user behavior data to drive iterative improvements and maintain a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Partner with our UX Research team, employ design thinking methodologies, and leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for simplification and differentiation in the app experience.
- Develop and drive the product roadmap, communicate plans, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders at all levels, emphasizing the importance of delivering value to our customers and a great experience.
Qualifications & Experience
A degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields; or significant experience working with tech teams.4+ years of experience as a product manager, including multiple roadmap cycles.Extensive understanding of mobile and web platformsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present concepts, ideas, and insights to the project team and clientsBackground in project research and management, and a strong portfolio of design projectsComfortable with analytics and reporting tools to drive product decisions; capable of independent data gathering and analysis.Comfortable working cross-functionally with customer care, fulfillment operations, marketing, etc.Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.Excited about working in a startup, learning and solving problems without getting constrained by current knowledge or experience.Benefits :

The annual compensation is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and alignment to the market .
