About the Role and Job :

The pay range for this role is $80500- $115000

  • per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).   • Experienced and detail-oriented Delphi Developer with 8-10 years of experience in developing software applications using Delphi.
  • Skilled in software design, coding, testing, and debugging.
  • Successfully developed and delivered at least 2-3 Delphi applications that met or exceeded client expectations.
  • Received positive feedback from clients and stakeholders for delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • Skilled in Delphi for all versions from Delphi 6 to Delphi 12, building high-performing applications / solutions.
  • Strong Knowledge of Data Access Components ( FireDAC, ADO, DbExpress).
  • Have used SonarQube Delphi plugin(from SonarQube Marketplace) in past projects, analyzed Delphi code for security vulnerabilities and was able to fix them.
  • Expert in Delphi development and worked in Delphi migration assignments.
  • Experience working with DevExpress VCL components and the Visual Component Library.
  • Experience working in IDE debugger and creating DLL packages.
  • Extensive SQL development experience with a strong understanding of data and analytics.
  • Experience in secure coding standards used in the development life cycle, experience in build release and deployment.
  • Experience of Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
  • Delphi Developer Certification (optional)
