REQUIREMENTS :

1. A good attitude "Hire for attitude, train for skill"

2. Willing to work 40-50hrs / week in the summer

3. Marketing 1-2 times a week for 3hrs at a time.

4. Attention to detail

5. Individual access to a vehicle is a HUGE plus

6. Open to LEARN and EARN

PAY :

Painter : $16-20 / hr BONUSES AVAILABLE (work hard get rewarded)

Marketer : $10-20 a lead (Avg. 1-2 lead per hour... you do the math)
