We Offer

• Compensation per the Physician Master Agreement and Regional Hospitalist Contract.
• Competitive compensation with up to 40% bonus incentive payments (volume, coverage, and quality incentives have been met)

For those with academic interests, there are opportunities to engage in teaching and mentorship through the UBC Faculty of Medicine and the new Simon Fraser University Medical School. Physicians may pursue Clinical Instructor or Clinical Professor roles, contributing to the next generation of learners.
