Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced HR Administrator to play a critical role in supporting employee relations within our client's organization in Sherwood Park, AB. Ideally, you will have a strong background in managing employee relations, especially in unionized environments, and will be adept at handling employee issues, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Experience in a manufacturing setting is a strong asset for this role.
