What would a typical day look like?

As an online and phone order clerk, you will be required to :

• provide outstanding customer service at all times;
• receive and enter telephone orders, ensure that orders are properly assembled using the various tools at your disposal, while respecting the cold chain;
• communicate with the customer to offer alternative products to ensure the best customer experience;
• enter the transaction and payment method on the cash register system.
