Job Description

What's the opportunity?

You will track investigation intake and possible escalation to resolve issue. You will raise opportunities to streamline and optimize on best practices. Manage routine tasks such as user set-up, investigations, table maintenance enhancements. Run Macro's to support daily operations. You will assist in deep dive analytics to scope requirements and work effort. Support all projects and end to end test requirements and implementation support.

What will you do?

  • Maintain and support approved change requests in Credit Management and Recoveries System Tables
  • Be the first point of contact for collection systems CACS, TSYS and Third Party Applications and Panther Credit Systems, and maintain a stream-lined one touch investigation
  • Maintain tracking of daily of our Generic e-mail address and initiate IT investigations were required
  • Centre Support - 100% within 24 hour Response timeline for all requests and user id's for support systems and inquiries
  • Maintain tracking of daily requests within our Generic e-mail address
  • Business Analytics
  • Liaise with our system and technology team for supporting application
  • Maintain and create Infrastructure job aids within the SharePoint site

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Thorough understanding of RBC Credit Management and Recoveries Systems (Elements, CACS & TSYS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent aptitude for organizing and prioritizing
  • Technologically Self Sufficient and ability to adapt to new systems and technology quickly
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and SharePoint skills
  • Able to work regular day shift hours, and be flexible to support after hours system testing and implementation, including occasional late night / early morning and weekend shifts

    • Nice-to-have

  • Good working knowledge of OLBB, OLMS, SRF, DDA, CASPER, Oracle, IRIS and Teranet Recovery System Highways
  • Strong SQL experience, with ability to build Macros in MS Excel using SQL
  • RPA / RDA development experience
  • Pega certification
  • Familiar with PMF / AMF & Waterfall Methodology
