Job Description :
A client of ours is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in legacy systems and Radio Frequency (RF) operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our software development teams and operational stakeholders, ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of our systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Legacy System Expertise : Develop a deep understanding of legacy systems such as Visionael, RADS, and other Operational Support Systems (OSS).Analyze current system functionalities and identify areas for improvement and integration.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison between software development teams and stakeholders, including RF and operations teams. Translate technical requirements into stakeholder needs and ensure clear communication across all parties.
- Workflow Optimization : Evaluate and document existing RF workflows and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized and automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
- Automation and Modernization : Provide insights into optimizing legacy systems to align with modern applications and workflows. Support the transition from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
