Process Supervisor

The Process Operations team is hiring a Process Supervisor on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) in Regina SK reporting to the Section (Zone) Supervisor III / IV.

You are committed to safe reliable operations and looking to contribute to overall efficiency and continuous improvement This opportunity will help demonstrate your leadership abilities to provide competent direction to Process Operators in Section III or IV in the Process department.

What youll do :

• Be responsible to empower the process team through setting expectations and objectives using the implementation of operating plans procedures and programs.
• Cultivate a positive safety culture and ensure team members are complying with company policies to ensure duties and responsibilities are performed in a satisfactory manner.
• Provide ongoing communication coaching feedback and mentoring to Process Operators.
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Coordinate process staffing schedule during night shift and weekends.

Who youll work with :

The Team : You will work closely with Process Operators and Process Supervisors. You will lead a team of up to 10 Process Operators and report to the Section (Zone) Supervisor on a team that strives to cultivate a culture of efficiency safety and collaboration.
