Job Overview

Do you want to create scroll-stopping videos that influence a community of 250K+ beauty lovers ? We are seeking a skilled Editor/Videographer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both production and post-production, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. You will be responsible for filming and editing engaging short-form video content for social media, ensuring each piece aligns with our creative direction and brand voice. You’ll work closely with our Art Director and Script Writer to bring storyboards and concepts to life.

Responsibilities

• Operate cameras and other production equipment to capture high-quality footage for social media.
• Edit videos to align with storyboards and creative briefs, delivering polished, on-brand content.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, transitions, and pacing to enhance storytelling.
• Utilize SFX, VFX, and motion graphics where appropriate to elevate content.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team on ideation, storyboarding, and execution.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Experience operating professional video and audio equipment.
• Portfolio showcasing short-form video content, preferably for social media.
• Strong storytelling skills with a keen sense of pacing, music, and visuals.
• Basic experience with colour correction and post-production polish.
• Experience editing videos for large social media accounts (100K+ followers) is an asset, with a proven track record of creating viral content.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• SFX, VFX, and motion graphics experience is a strong asset.
