Job Description :

Collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders to understand pricing challenges and provide actionable data-driven solutions.

Work on high-visibility projects that influence strategic pricing decisions customer price perception and overall category performance.

Harness structured and unstructured data across multiple systems to solve complex pricing and business problems.

Integrate and streamline large datasets to build cohesive scalable solutions.

Design impactful dashboards and reports that answer core business questions and drive insights-based decision-making.

Prioritize and handle pricing-related analytical requests create delivery plans and ensure timely high-quality outputs.

Define scope success metrics and project outcomes to measure the impact of pricing interventions.

Lead end-to-end engineering Architect and build robust ETLELT pipelines data warehouse smarts and data lakes to support scalable analytics.

Continuously optimize and evolve data integration processes applying best practices in code versioning deployment automation and CICD for data pipelines.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and standardize engineering and analytics processes to ensure long-term scalability and collaboration.

What You Bring

Were looking for someone who can blend technical excellence with business acumen

4 years experience in delivering analytics or BI solutions - experience in Retail or Pricing Analytics is highly preferred.

Strong skills in SQL and big data tools like Google Big Query HIVE or equivalent platforms.

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Experience building scalable ETLELT workflows and working with data warehouses data marts and data lakes.

Familiarity with CICD practices version control (e.g. Git) and automation tools.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to explain complex analytics to non-technical collaborators.

Analytical approach with an interest in creative problem solving

Proven experience working with global teams and managing delivery across on-site offshore models.

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Analytics MIS Data Science Statistics or a related quantitative field (Masters preferred).

Required Skills :

Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions including customization and integration. Guidewire certification is a technologies of interest : Guidewire Cloud Salesforce CRM legacy modernization and AWS. Proven knowledge & architecture experience in architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services APIs) application integration service-oriented architecture event-driven architecture application architecture distributed architecture data architecture and experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Can understand the long-term (big picture) and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms languages protocols frameworks open source etc.).Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space. Open and clear connect with the business telecom infrastructure security audit vendors and software engineering. Driven by challenges and proactive and a motivation for on security standard methodologies and understand the impacts it can have on a working in a constantly evolving technological excellent teammate who demonstrates leadership. Comfortable speaking with all levels of the organization and different audiences.
