Retail Associate
Description
Provide a positive customer experience through service excellence in our Alexander Keith’s Retail store
Support customers in their purchases through knowledge of our beer and merchandise selection as well as our brewery tour experience
Manage customer inquiries through emails and telephone calls
Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked workspace
Complete daily opening and closing duties
Act as an ambassador of the Alexander Keith’s Brewery
Qualifications
Must be 19 years or older
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Well organized and an enthusiastic attitude
Previous retail or hospitality experience would be an asset
Knowledge of brewing processes would be an asset
