Job Description : Supervisor, Paid SearchModco Media, a leader in digital media, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Supervisor, Paid Searchto manage a team and client(s) portfolio.
As a Supervisor, primary tasks will include team leadership, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients & vendor(s), and developing and managingSearch / Digital account strategy.
Travel may also be required.Role Responsibilities :
- Lead applicable Client relationship(s) by demonstrating Search expertise across a broad array of accounts, demonstrating our capability, gaining the trust of client(s) and strengthening our relationship(s) with them
- Set and manage expectation of client(s) and internal teams
- Develop Paid Search strategy and testing methodology and roadmap for client(s) and collaborate with media strategy / planning teams to advise, create and manage paid search media recommendations across multiple client(s)
- Manage daily relationships with key search engine representatives and vendors
- Provide support on new business initiatives
- Ensure the smooth launch of campaigns and the continual improvement of performance; overseeing optimization and devising a structured test & learn strategy
- Ensure delivery of weekly / biweekly / monthly reports as needed in a timely mannerKnowledge and Skills Required :
- 4-6+ years experience directly related to Search Engine Marketing (Google, Bing, etc.) with a focus on direct response campaigns (CPA, ROI, ROAS.)
- Experience managing budgets $250K+ / month is a plus
- Experience within Ecommerce & financial services is a plus
- Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, SearchAds360 (DoubleClick) etc.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
- Advanced quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate data clearly and effectively in person and in writing
- Ability to train and manage individuals at multiple levels, from entry to manager level
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the SEM programs and to expand upon that success.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.Salary- $70-85k CAD
