The Job

Job Description :

  • Test Manager with Workday, Oracle HCM, Workiva, Alteryx Taleo, BillingCenter and Finance application testing in Insurance Landscape.
  • 15+ Years exp in Testing and possess good Test Management Skills
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test strategy, Test plan and test cases.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Strong London Markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.

    • The Profile

  • You have at least 10 years experience, ideally within a Quality Assurance / Testing role.
  • You have working knowledge of Test manager, workday finance, oracle HCM, Workiva, Alteryx Taleo, BillingCenter, Finance application testing, Test Management and Test strategies
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
