Healthcare Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized Healthcare Scheduler for a contract position in Edmonton, Alberta . This role involves coordinating schedules for healthcare staff across multiple shifts while ensuring compliance with union agreements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for healthcare professionals across day, evening, and night shifts.
• Ensure scheduling complies with union collective agreements and seniority rules.
• Update and manage scheduling systems and communicate schedule changes to staff.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and arrange replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with scheduling team members to support daily operations and system updates.
• Assist with internal recruitment postings and scheduling system implementation.
