Responsibilities
- 负责招聘Fantuan全球的所有常规岗位
- 不断建立与潜在候选人的网络和紧密关系
- 与招聘经理合作 了解角色 招聘流程 时间表和最佳的招聘实践
- 审查申请 / 简历 进行电话面试并安排面试
- 指导候选人完成面试 录用 薪资谈判和入职后流程
- 管理所有求职者跟踪系统 包括Indeed LinkedIn和各种招聘网站
- 与其他人力资源团队密切合作 为新员工的入职培训和导向做准备
- 推荐并管理根据需要可能涉及的招聘和雇主品牌策略 最佳实践和项目
- 定期跟进经理 确定招聘计划和实施的有效性
- 跟踪和报告招聘指标和结果 同时为招聘经理和人力资源领导提供见解
- 与人力资源领导一起审查和升级与Fantuan目标一致的人力资源政策和程序
Requirements
- 中英文流利
- 至少3年相关招聘经验
- 对LinkedIn等候选人来源工具有深入了解 具有成功找到 主动和被动 求职者的能力
- 在快节奏和自我指导环境中招聘的成功经验
- 具有发展雇主品牌倡议和参与招聘项目的经验
- 出色的书面和口头沟通技巧 具有较强的积极倾听技能和在高度协作环境中工作的能力
- 具有报告结果的经验 包括定量和定性
- 自我启动和积极主动
- 具有使用ADP的经验是一个优势
- 渴望热情并一直坚持追求人力资源职业道路的愿望
