About the Role
As an inside sales representative with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic, you'll play a key role in selling TD SYNNEX products / services via telephone. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to generate prospective customers through cold calling, qualify leads, and guide new customers through the reseller application process.
What You’ll Do
Service, grow, and develop accounts.
Achieve daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota).
Meet assigned revenue and profit goals.
Provide pricing and product availability.
Position products and services to meet customer needs.
Maintain customer profiles and information.
Process return authorizations and handle incoming calls.
Provide ETA and shipping information.
Process orders accurately and maintain back-order accounts.
Assist in developing accounts with outside associates or Business Development Reps.
Deliver excellent follow-up and customer service.
Attend TD SYNNEX training, reseller / industry events.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma required; post-secondary education an asset with 6 months of inside sales experience or 2 years industry-related experience.
Bilingual (English and French).
Strong desire to learn and show initiative.
Innovative, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Good interdepartmental relationships.
Willingness to work extended hours and attend weekend conferences occasionally.
Core competencies : communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and sales acumen.
