FINANCIAL SERVICES REP
A Primerica Financial Services Representative is responsible for providing clients with a range of financial products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
Job Title : Financial Services Representative Job Overview : As a Financial Services Representative at Primerica, you will educate clients on various financial products and services, such as life insurance, investment opportunities, and debt management solutions.
You will help clients make informed decisions about their finances and assist them in creating strategies to meet their long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities : Client Consultation : Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and goals, and provide personalized advice on suitable financial products and services.
Sales and Marketing : Promote and sell a variety of financial products, including life insurance, mutual funds, annuities, and other investment products.
Financial Planning : Develop customized financial plans based on the client’s current situation and future aspirations, including strategies for savings, investment, retirement planning, and insurance coverage.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and updates on their financial plans.
Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all client transactions and interactions are conducted in compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client engagements. Education and Training : Stay updated on the latest financial products, services, and industry trends.
Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills through training and professional development. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or customer service experience is beneficial. Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred, but not required;
Primerica provides training. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment : Financial Services Representatives typically work in a flexible environment where they can set their schedules.
