We are currently seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Sales and Graphics Coordinator to join our Business Development team. This role blends marketing graphics, trade show coordination, and internal sales support – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role reports to the Director of Marketing. Liburdi Turbine Services offers competitive wages. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm. This is primarily an in-office role in Dundas, ON however, occasional travel will be required to support or attend events and trade shows.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to) :

Show & Event Coordination

• Plan and coordinate conference and event participation, including engineer registration, logistics, and booth setup
• Handle event catering, travel arrangements, and hotel accommodations, as needed
• Support on-site execution and representation at industry conferences and customer events
