Responsibilities
- Opening of customer accounts, ensuring accurate recording of all customer terms and conditions
- Checking credit of new customers
- Recording of deposits to the customer's account
- Updating customer records
- Issuing monthly statements
- Collecting overdue accounts
- Reconciling customer accounts in case of discrepancies
- Responding to customer account inquiries

Qualifications
DEC / DEP in accounting
Knowledge of ERP systems
2-5 years experience in a similar role
meticulous, detail-oriented, organized
Bilingual
Excel (intermediate / advanced)
