We are seeking a CPFR Analyst / Customer Collaboration Lead to support customer collaboration and supply chain planning activities within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. This role is responsible for managing customer order planning, forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service level performance while working closely with cross‑functional internal teams and external customer stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a supply‑chain professional looking to gain hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end planning, customer‑facing operations, and collaborative supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer order planning, replenishment, and forecast accuracy to support strong service levels and in‑stock performance
- Analyze POS, inventory, and order data to improve forecast accuracy and case fill rates
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and lead weekly planning discussions
- Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to proactively resolve supply and delivery risks
- Support inventory optimization initiatives, including product launches, transitions, and discontinuations
- Ensure adherence to order minimums, logistics requirements, and service KPIs
- Track and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, service levels, and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and customer collaboration processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field1–3 years of experience in supply chain, order management, customer service, or customer‑facing operationsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and make time‑sensitive decisionsAbility to work onsite at least 3 days per week (mandatory)Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in supply chain or customer collaboration rolesExperience with SAP or similar ERP systemsExposure to reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or BWExperience in consumer goods, food, or regulated manufacturing environmentsBilingual skills (asset, not required)Seniority level
