FR : Nous recrutons pour une banque européenne de premier plan un ou une Linear Rate – Pre-Trade Support Analyst. Basé à Montréal, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Front Office. Notre cabinet assure la recherche et la présélection via un processus à échelle humaine.

EN: We are recruiting for a leading European bank a Linear Rate – Pre-Trade Support Analyst. Based in Montreal, you will join the Front Office team. Our firm manages the research and pre-selection via a human-scale process.

Mission / Role Summary

FR : Au sein d'une équipe Agile dédiée à l'accès marché, vous assurez le support critique des activités Pre-Trade pour les desks de swaps de taux (USD/CCY). Vous travaillez sur des technologies de pointe (Jetstream, ION) pour garantir l'efficacité des transactions électroniques des traders basés à New York.

EN: Within an Agile team dedicated to market access, you provide critical Pre-Trade support for interest rate swap desks (USD/CCY). You work with cutting-edge technologies (Jetstream, ION) to ensure the efficiency of electronic transactions for Traders based in New York.

Responsabilités / Key Responsibilities

FR :

• Support direct aux traders Rates (USD / CCY swaps) sur les activités Pre-Trade et l’accès aux marchés électroniques.

• Analyse des incidents et demandes utilisateurs, avec documentation des nouvelles fonctionnalités livrées.

• Configuration fonctionnelle : produits, courbes de taux, instruments financiers dans les systèmes (Jetstream IRD / ION).

• Automatisation et industrialisation du support, monitoring continu et amélioration de la performance applicative.

EN:

• Direct support to Rates traders (USD / CCY swaps) on Pre-Trade activities and electronic market access.

• Analysis of incidents and user requests, with documentation of newly delivered functionalities.

• Functional configuration: products, yield curves, financial instruments within systems (Jetstream IRD / ION).

• Automation and industrialization of support, continuous monitoring, and application performance improvement.

Profil

FR :

• Forte expertise en produits de taux linéaires, notamment les swaps de taux et les workflows Pre-Trade.

• Expérience en support de salle de marché (5–7 ans), idéalement sur des applications Front e-Trading.

• Bonne compréhension des marchés électroniques et des processus RFQ.

• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement Agile, avec de très bonnes compétences relationnelles et organisationnelles.

EN:

• Strong expertise in linear rate products, particularly interest rate swaps and Pre-Trade workflows.

• Experience in trading room support (5–7 years), ideally on Front e-Trading applications.

• Good understanding of electronic markets and RFQ processes.

• Ability to thrive in an Agile environment, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Informations contractuelles

FR : Montréal. Mode Hybride (3 mois présentiel, puis 2-3 jours télétravail). Priorité au poste permanent. Pas de télétravail à 100% de l'étranger. Salaire estimé uniquement par notre cabinet environ 95 000 -125 000 K$ par an (+ bonus), suivant expérience et expertise (nombreux postes à venir chez le client et possibilité d'avancement +).
EN: Montreal. Hybrid model (3 months on-site initially, followed by 2-3 days of remote work). Permanent position preferred. 100% remote work from abroad is not available. Estimated salary (firm's evaluation only) between $95k–$125k per year (+ bonus), commensurate with experience and expertise. Multiple upcoming openings with this client and strong opportunities for career advancement.
