Licensure or eligibility for licensure with the Ontario College of Pharmacists

Available for all shifts, including weekends and ability for multi-site coverage when required
Possession of a valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License and personal vehicle
Recent satisfactory performance and attendance records

Advocates and supports a culture of patient safety and demonstrates an understanding of how the department service and assigned responsibilities contribute to overall patient safety at Brightshores through patient safety knowledge, skills and attitudes

Membership in Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists
Knowledge of Cerner information systems
A General Hospital Residency Certificate or 3 years’ experience in a hospital with clinical pharmacist responsibilities
