Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in interior design and a proven track record in selling high-end furniture. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting Lunch and Learn presentations and managing outbound sales efforts to build strong partnerships with designers and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target high-end designers and industry influencers.
- Lead and manage the outbound sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end designers, fostering long-term collaborations.
- Plan and conduct Lunch and Learn sessions to showcase Atriani Furniture’s craftsmanship and customizable solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the sales, showroom, and production teams.
Qualifications :
Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in high-end furniture or interior design-related industries.Design Expertise : Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.Presentation Skills : Experience conducting Lunch and Learn sessions or similar presentations.Leadership : Proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team.Networking : Established connections with high-end designers or a demonstrated ability to build such relationships.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Tools : Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting software.Preferred Skills :
