Qualifications :

• Fluency in French AND English
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven written / communication skills with high attention to detail
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Self-Driven strong multitasking abilities
• Ability to work individually and with a team
• Prior experience in healthcare setting ( preferred)
• Prior project / event planning experience (plus)
• SME / Floor support experience (plus)
