POSITION
The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst provides analytical and technical support to the Human Resources department on HR systems.
This includes acting as a subject matter expert for our HRIS system, configuring system solutions to address business needs, maintaining data integrity of HRIS database information, and providing technical support to the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide day to day support for our Workday HRIS system for a global userbase (including ticket resolution, configuration, audits, data uploads (EIBs))
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions meeting business needs
- Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation of system solutions
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot system issues and defects
- Create new Time off Plans based on business and regional requirements
- Develop dashboards and advanced, matrix and composite reports that address business needs
- Identify opportunities for enhancing and optimizing system processes
- Stay up to date on new system features, updates and best practices and share knowledge with the team to facilitate continuous improvement
- Develop and deliver system training tools (i.e. process documentations, training sessions, communications)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong configuration experience in 2 or more of the Workday modules preferred : core HCM, Absence & Time Off, Compensation, Security, Talent
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members and explain technical concepts in practical terms
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of data integrity
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Must be action-oriented and customer-focused
- Understanding of Human Resources processes and concepts
