Werelooking for an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to prepareaccurateand competitive cost estimates for commercial roofing projects. This role focuses on new construction and re-roofing projects, supporting our sales and project management teams with reliable pricing, forecasting, and analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, andlabourrequirements, and takes pride in delivering precise andtimelyproposals that help drive project success.

WhatYoullDo

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scopes of work for new construction and re-roofing projects
• Research and compile pricing data for materials, subcontracted work, andlabour
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and bid packages aligned with company pricing strategies
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and operations teams to ensure clarity and accuracy in proposals
• Monitor market trends, vendor pricing, and competitor activity tomaintaincompetitiveness
• Track and document estimates, bids, and revisions to support process improvements
• Participate in post-project reviews to analyze estimate accuracy andidentifycost-saving opportunities
