A Quebec-based fashion and home decor company is looking for a Bilingual customer service agent to work in their state-of-the-art distribution center, located in the Chauveau sector of Quebec City.
The Bilingual customer service agent mandate is to optimize and enhance the online shopping experience. To do this, we're looking for someone who is empathetic and patient, and who knows how to respond to our customers' calls and e-mails. We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French AND English.
This person must be comfortable with computers and able to navigate easily through our various platforms. On-site training will be provided.
3 choices of schedule. Quarter days only. 100% presential.
Monday to Friday
Sunday to Thursday
Wednesday to Saturday
Salary of $20 / hour
