Role: Systems Configuration Specialist

Type: Full time / permanent

Location: East GTA

Compensation: $65k to $70k + Annual Bonus (Individual performance / company performance ) + 3 Weeks Vacation + 6 PTO days + Benefits including ESP

Requirements + Responsibilities:

• 4+ years experience as Business Analyst or Technical Analyst (or similar)

• Experience working with business requirements – Understanding how requirements are translated into technical documents; IT based projects

• Experience working in payment cards (ideally); financial or banking or software industry is acceptable

• Understands workflows and business processes; business process mapping – VISIO, SALESFORCE etc.

• Setting up workflows from scratch (configuration); technical acumen

• Banking operations / back office banking knowledge

• Software implementation experience

• Strong communication – Most clients are in USA; research maybe required

• Product is a low code solution and by configuration they mean “Workflows”

• ASSET: Understanding of Java / J2EE / Web-based applications; SQL – This is not an in-depth technical role

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven expertise in creating and managing workflows, including process mapping and automation.
• Familiarity with payment cards, financial services, banking, or software industries.
• Strong understanding of low-code solutions and web-based applications.
• Experience with software implementation and system optimization.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for project management and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
• Technical acumen with a foundational understanding of Java/J2EE is an asset.
