TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Construction Manage / Constructability Lead role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

Qualifications :

Construction Expertise

• 20+ years of hands-on experience in underground mining projects.
• Skilled in managing operations in remote locations and challenging climates.
• Strong background in project initiation, constructability assessments, and execution planning.
• Extensive knowledge of site development, including installation of crushing systems and conveyor networks.
• Proven ability to integrate planning and execution strategies for underground construction.
• Experience with ventilation systems, raise boring, and underground material handling solutions.
• Delivered construction of declines, chambers, and underground maintenance facilities.
• Familiar with modular construction approaches, logistics coordination, and quality assurance for mining projects.
