What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle sensitive issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide detailed oral and written communication regarding inquiry resolutions
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Process premium payments, deposits, and facilitate changes in banking details
- Conduct billing research and respond to general billing inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bilingual (French & English) is required
- CEGEP/post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
