Experience : 2+ years; primary background as a nurse practitioner preferred

Education : Minimum post-secondary degree / diploma in nursing or similar with a focus on clinical practice and integration in healthcare facilities

About The Position

The Implementation Specialist is the bridge between our cutting-edge technology—the ALTA Platform—and the healthcare professionals who use it. You will lead on‑site training, build relationships with clinical teams and ensure our devices become a natural part of daily care routines.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, education and human connection.

This role is based in Vancouver, with frequent local and regional travel to healthcare facilities. You will be the face of Able Innovations in your territory, with support from our Toronto HQ.

Individuals with current contractual work as nurses, porters or relevant healthcare roles, who are interested in gaining management experience on the side, are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Part of the Business Development Team and will work closely with other product development team members to drive the successful adoption and expansion of our product.
• Conduct product demonstrations, addressing any client concerns with professionalism and in-depth product knowledge.
• Oversee product installation and deliver onsite training for client staff on ALTA Platform functionalities.
• Liaison with hospitals and healthcare networks to provide end users with pre‑ and post‑implementation support at hospitals and other healthcare networks.
• Develop and maintain training materials and workflow documentation for healthcare staff to optimize technology use.
• Support business development and marketing teams by providing clinical and technical expertise.
• Collect client feedback and promptly report any issues to the team, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
