Job description

Support production and business line through assessment through in-line lot yield analysis and solving technical issues on setup / hardware or software.

Work closely with Quality, Product, Development and Test Engineering groups to ensure to improve Test yield and Product Quality

Work on Yield improvement, First Pass yield Improvement and drive for continuous improvement for assigned devices

Provide production support through maverick lot disposition and setup / hardware debug.

Update and maintain test programs and production data systems.

Perform GRR studies. Process and analyse result using statistical tools and perform corrective action as needed

Launch and support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, Six Sigma Projects)
