Position Summary : Environmental Test Designer
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
As an Environmental Test Designer, you will be responsible for testing electric vehicle systems.
You will be part of our high-performing and innovative Validation Engineering department with opportunity for growth and development.
In this role, you will conduct environmental and electrical tests,including but not limited to :
- Shock testing
- Vibration testing
- Thermal & Extreme Temperature
- Climatic and harsh environment testing (salt fog, rain, blowing rain, icing / freezing rain, sand & dust, acceleration
- Electrical Testing
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute product verification and validation tests.
- Prepare test setups and instrumentation.
- Perform tests, analyze results, and process data.
- Write test reports in both French and English (essential).
- Help resolve technical issues related to products.
- Demonstrate proficiency with computer tools.
- Proven capabilities of working in a dynamic setting
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant educational background
- 3 years+ of relevant experience in electrical / environmental testing shock, vibration, thermal, electrical testing
- Written & spoken French language skills
