Principales responsabilités :
Opérations Financières et Comptables
- Gestion du grand livre et du plan comptable.
- Préparation et suivi du budget annuel de l’entreprise et des prévisions financières.
- Gestion des flux de trésorerie.
- Préparation et présentation des états financiers mensuels et annuels.
- Rapports bancaires.
- Développement et mise en œuvre de stratégies fiscales, assurant la conformité avec les réglementations fiscales tout en optimisant la position fiscale de l’entreprise.
- Développement et intégration d’un modèle financier en synergie avec les systèmes existants.
- Optimisation des aspects financiers, y compris les assurances et la gestion des actifs.
- Coordination et gestion des rapports financiers pour les missions d’examen externe, en veillant au respect des normes comptables et réglementaires.
- Gestion des flux de trésorerie pour assurer la stabilité et la croissance financières.
Stratégique
Préparation, révision et présentation de rapports financiers précis à la direction, mettant en lumière la performance financière et le suivi des indicateurs clés (KPI).Participation à la planification stratégique en collaboration avec le PDG.Prise de décisions financières alignées sur l’efficacité opérationnelle et la croissance.Direction des fonctions administratives et financières de l’entreprise.Point de contact principal pour les questions financières auprès des parties prenantes externes, notamment les banques, auditeurs et organismes réglementaires.Requis
Maitrise en Finance, comptabilité ou tout autre domaine connexe, MBA est un atoutDésignation professionnelle en comptabilité (CPA ou équivalent).Minimum de cinq ans d’expérience en tant que contrôleur ou dans un rôle équivalent.Minimum de deux ans d’expérience en supervision d’équipe.Expérience avérée dans la gestion de la croissance d’une entreprise.Maîtrise de MS Excel.Historique démontré d’amélioration des processus pour optimiser les opérations financières et l’efficacité organisationnelle.Attitude proactive avec une attention supérieure aux détails et à la qualité.Compétences exceptionnelles en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles.Expérience dans le secteur des services.Connaissance approfondie des réglementations financières et des lois fiscales ; une expérience directe dans les secteurs environnementaux ou du conseil est un atout.Expérience dans les fusions et acquisitions, un atout.Expérience en reporting bancaire, un atout.Expérience en reporting pour les investisseurs et le conseil d’administration, un atout.Les avantages de travailler chez Groupe Avversita

Main responsibilities :
Financial and accounting operations
