Responsibilities
- Own a recurring-revenue service program with full accountability for growth and performance
- Accelerate customer acquisition through bold outreach and targeted campaigns
- Identify friction in sales and operations and help streamline the customer journey
- Partner with internal teams to lift conversion rates and keep workflows tight
- Track performance metrics, analyze activity patterns, and surface insights that influence strategy
- Deliver crisp, confident communication that builds trust and keeps customers engaged
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data to support forecasting and decision-making
Qualifications
