Your Role

• With direction and guidance from the Director, process all invoicing for the Fleet and Final Mile segment, respecting both financial and vendor timelines.
• Support Fleet and Final Mile transport teams and be accountable for daily delivery operations, performance and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with the continued improvement of Fleet and Final Mile performance standards / metrics and ensure that all data is captured for analytics and reporting.
• Coordinate yearly licensing renewals for various provinces for the internal truck fleet.
• Administer fleet‑related operational tools.
• Maintain a database for fleet assets.
• Support Final Mile delivery segment‑related initiatives to ensure they are delivered as per plan.
• Engage and collaborate with multiple key internal stakeholders, such as Supply Chain, Pro Operations, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Dealer Services at a regional and national level.
• Provide data to Finance every month to support monthly financial reporting.
• Work on complex issues that require a good understanding of transportation strategies to analyze the situation.
