We are looking for a

We never stop growing! Real Estate Broker Manager positions are available in both our Scarborough and Whitby locations. We’re looking for a highly-driven full-time real estate managing broker to lead our top-performing team. You’ll recruit new agents to grow your real estate brokerage, create training materials to develop high-producing agents, and oversee operations to ensure company success.

Responsibilities

1. Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team.
2. Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers.
3. Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales.
4. Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law.
5. Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards.

Qualifications

1. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
2. Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage.
3. 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent.
4. Must have a managing broker’s license.
5. The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents.
