As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to infants,children, and adolescents in various healthcare settings. Your role isessential in promoting the health and well-being of young patients andsupporting their families through medical procedures and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and monitor the health status ofpediatric patients, including taking vital signs, conducting physical exams,and gathering medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized care plansbased on the unique needs of each child, collaborating with physicians andother healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, andtreatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
• Educate patients and their families about medicalconditions, treatment options, and preventative care, providing support andresources as needed.
• Manage medical equipment and assist withdiagnostic tests and procedures specific to pediatric patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patientrecords, documenting observations, interventions, and patient progress.
• Advocate for the needs and rights of pediatricpatients, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.
• Stay informed about developments in pediatricnursing practices, treatments, and healthcare regulations.
