🚗 What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional service experience

• Listen to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders

• Provide accurate estimates for service and repairs

• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient workflow

• Keep customers informed throughout the service process

• Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle history

• Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-up communication

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and dealership/shop reputation

🔧 What You Bring

• Previous experience as an automotive service advisor (preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, friendly way

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfort working with service management software

• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset

• Valid driver’s license
