Job Title :  Lawyer - Solicitor, Real Estate

Location : Vancouver, BC

About the Role : A thriving real estate practice in Vancouver is seeking an experienced associate to join its collaborative and dynamic team. The firm is a leader in the Canadian legal landscape, offering exposure to a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and opportunities to work with diverse clients, including First Nations, developers, financial institutions, REITs, investors, and multinational companies.

This position offers the chance to work on complex files in a supportive environment alongside skilled professionals with experience from leading national and international firms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and developments.
  • Provide exceptional client service to a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver practical and innovative solutions for client needs.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables, maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications :

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial real estate or banking law.
  • Strong academic and professional credentials.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using technology to enhance workflow.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

    • Compensation :

  • Base salary starting at $142,000, with additional compensation based on year of call, skills, and experience.
