The Role : Application Administrator Lead (Atlassian)

Responsibilities

This resource will partner with the current team providing support to our customers using JIRA and Confluence. Primary responsibilities will be working service request and incident management.

80% of their time will be spent working tickets 20% of their time will be spent consulting / teaching current team about best practices.

Consulting time will not be structured but expected to take place during every day work assignments.

  • Interact with the business to know and understand their processes and (IT) needs. Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions for applications and integrations with vendor solutions.
  • Execute or assist in resolution of issues. Ensure appropriate tickets are created to record and assign issues and document resolution.
  • Prepare application administration documents, end-user documentation, and / or application training to end-users.
  • Setup, configuration, and administration of the JIRA / Confluence environment.
  • Provide User Management and support for local and remote users, manage system access across groups to ensure compliance, and maintain best practices.
  • Create and manage security schemes, custom fields and configurations.
  • Install, manage and administer JIRA / Confluence add-ons, plugins, and extensions.
  • Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize / improve JIRA / Confluence setup and workflows, as well as identify where functionality can / cannot meet user requests.
  • Implement Tools upgrades, and coordinate infrastructure maintenance and system migrations.
  • Customizing JIRA projects
  • Customizing Confluence Spaces and Pages

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge and a minimum related work experience of 3 years.

Experience with full stack support preferably in the Financial Services, Banking, and Insurance industry.

Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work across multi-functional international teams.

Confident and effective dealing with stakeholders and end users.

Understanding of and experience with CICD tools / processes and automation.

Excellent Understanding of the Script Runner plugin for Jira including Script Fragments, condition / validator / post function workflow scripts, script listeners, REST endpoints

Experience with working on Javascript and groovy scripting

Experience providing administration for JIRA / Confluence Data Center and knowledge of JIRA query language

Experience building custom user macros for Confluence.

Experience with administration of Qtest

Experience using Script Runner of Confluence / Bitbucket.

Experience with XML, HTLM, CSS

Experience working on projects including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

Responsabilités

Cette ressource travaillera en partenariat avec l'équipe actuelle pour soutenir nos clients en utilisant JIRA et Confluence.

Les responsabilités principales incluront la gestion des demandes de service et des incidents. 80 % de leur temps sera consacré à la gestion des tickets, 20 % à la consultation et à l'enseignement des meilleures pratiques à l'équipe actuelle.

Le temps de consultation ne sera pas structuré mais doit se dérouler pendant les missions quotidiennes.

  • Interagir avec les entreprises pour connaître et comprendre leurs processus et leurs besoins en informatique (IT).
  • Être le lien entre les unités commerciales, les équipes technologiques et les équipes de support.
  • Travailler directement avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir les exigences et fournir des solutions pour les applications et les intégrations avec les solutions des fournisseurs.
  • Exécuter ou aider à résoudre les problèmes.
  • S'assurer que les tickets appropriés sont créés pour enregistrer et attribuer les problèmes et documenter les résolutions.
  • Personnaliser les projets JIRA.
  • Personnaliser les espaces et les pages Confluence.
  • Travailler avec le langage de requête JIRA (JQL).

Exigences

  • Diplôme de licence dans un domaine connexe ou connaissance équivalente et une expérience de travail connexe d'au moins 3 ans.
  • Expérience en support full stack, de préférence dans les services financiers, la banque et l'assurance.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais avec la capacité de travailler au sein d'équipes internationales multifonctionnelles.
  • Confiance et efficacité dans les interactions avec les parties prenantes et les utilisateurs finaux.
  • Expérience en langages de programmation, Python de préférence.
  • Connaissance d'AWS / Azure Power Platform.
