Your New Role

The Building Engineer will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations of a retail and office facility. You will be reporting in to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate has experience as a Building Operator / Engineer on commercial and retail properties. Responsibilities will include :

• Performing repairs as well as regular and scheduled maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure WorkSafe BC regulations are met and Enforce WorkSafeBC safety standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections and equipment performance.
• Provide leadership to your team, stakeholders, and clients.
