Job #4664 – An exciting opportunity for a technically strong Senior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic and growing organization! In this role, you will work closely with a great team of analysts as well as the Controller to provide financial support and analysis for senior finance leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. Main responsibilities include:

• Prepare detailed balance sheet reconciliation
• Forecast benefits, payroll taxes and depreciation and update actuals
• Prepare reports of actual GL details compared with forecasts
• Track maintenance billing and revenue
• Calculate commissions owed based on invoicing/bookings
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:

• Post-secondary education in accounting and/or finance
• 2+ years progressive work experience in finance and/or accounting
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong Excel skills

Definite Assets:

• Experience with IFRS is considered a strong asset
• CPA designation in progress considered an asset

Compensation:

• $58,000 – $65,000 annual salary
