Job description

We are looking to expand our team with hardworking individuals who share our commitment to quality.

We are currently hiring for Snow Removal Crew Members.

This role is seasonal, with full-time work during the landscaping season as an opportunity.

Schedule

  • Winter Season : On-call for each snowfall event

Pay

$18-20 / hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove snow using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment as required
  • Follow assigned routes and accurately record time and tasks through mobile applications
  • Work safely and efficiently in a team environment, adapting to changing weather conditions

    • Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License (required)
  • Cell phone with data for route and time tracking
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Ability to work long and physically demanding days, particularly during snow events
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential
