Supply Clerk

As the Supply Clerk you will contribute to Laura success by ensuring that the daily functions relating to Supply Visual and Marketing are done effectively and in a timely manner. This includes the proper distribution of all supplies to the stores and to Head Office as required.

How will you support the team

• Receive deliveries and verifies packing slips with purchase orders.
• Place stock in the warehouse including pallet management within the supplies department.
• Print out stickers and bills of lading by region.
• Check orders and prepare them before shipping as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
• Efficiently prepare all required supplies for store openings.
• Advise the Supplies Foreman of any changes made to the daily scheduling including inventory ruptures.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of transports when needed.
• Receive deliveries for all departments and match the packing slip with the purchase orders.
• Provide support for the Construction and the Design Departments as needed.
• Work closely with the Procurement Team and provide support for any projects related to supplies.
