Accountant technician

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant technicien to support their real estate management operations. The role involves 75% handling accounting and financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations,Payroll and financial reporting. The remaining 25% includes administrative tasks related to property management, such as document organization and communication with tenants or vendors.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and financial data
Manage full Payroll cycle
Ensure compliance with accounting standards
Support property-related administrative tasks (e.g., document filing, correspondence, lease management)

Qualifications
Proven experience in accounting, ideally in real estate or property management
Strong organizational skills
Experience with HOPEM is a plus
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
Attention to detail and accuracy
