Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Finance and Strategy, the successful candidate will participate in the financial and accounting management of our client, playing a key role in the company's evolution and transition to a new ERP system.

Responsibilities
Manage customer and supplier accounts
Create and update supplier and customer records in the ERP system
Issue invoices to customers and follow up on payments
Process and record supplier invoices
Assist the accountant with supplier payments, ensuring deadlines are met (direct deposits and checks)
Verify and record expense reports
Prepare accounting entries and assist in month-end and year-end closings
Support the accountant with general ledger account analysis
Perform bank reconciliations
May assist in payroll preparation
Qualifications
College diploma (DEC) in accounting or equivalent training
1 to 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role
Enjoy teamwork and versatility
Organized, rigorous, autonomous and self-starter
Good command of Excel
Knowledge of ERP systems (asset)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
