Job description

LogiSense is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in a work-from-home setting. You will lead deployment and development projects for our industry-leading usage-based billing platform, focusing on IoT, Communications, and XaaS solutions for Enterprise customers.

As a critical member of our Global Services team, you will manage projects using traditional waterfall and agile methodologies, collaborating with executive leadership and team members.

The Position

As a LogiSense Project Manager, you will apply your expertise in planning, implementing, and tracking single or multiple client projects from beginning to end. You'll also be responsible for project scope, costs, and value delivery.

Be Good At :

  • Applying your experience :
  • Over 5 years in customer-facing roles as a Project Manager.
  • Active certifications : PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-CAPM, or Scrum CSM.
  • A BA / BSc degree or college diploma is required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM applications.
  • Experience in BSS and Usage Rating markets.
  • Strong business analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing projects valued over $250k
  • Bonus Points : Experience with portal, order, content management, and CRM solution integrations.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project deployment.
  • Creating and managing project plans to align scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Proactively tracking project progress and communicating issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Preparing and delivering weekly status reports for customers and the PMO.
  • Managing expectations and communication for coordinated execution among teams and stakeholders.
  • Making recommendations to leadership on project risks and priorities.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule and being open to client travel.
  • Securing necessary resources to meet project deliverables.
  • Tracking project metrics like time utilization and financial data.
  • Leading and facilitating effective project meetings.
  • Ensuring effective change management and requirements acceptance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and adopting LogiGate processes.
  • Sharing lessons learned and best practices.
  • Comfortable with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and familiar with tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Remain calm under pressure and apply critical thinking.
  • Exhibiting strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Guiding and motivating teams to achieve business goals.
